The house is well equipped for short and longer stays, with dedicated work areas, formal dining room and casual breakfast areas; a huge gourmet kitchen with Jenn Aire and Sub Zero appliances, and two kitchenette/bar/lounge areas on other floors.

Smart TV, gas fireplace and large sofa for cozy gatherings in the Loving Room under the soaring ceiling with stunning original art and view of the back courtyard garden.

Lots of room to spread out! This is a 6000+ square foot residence with separate library/office, dens, a separate music and game room with grand piano. Work or yoga with a view on the 5th floor den or expansive, furnished deck.

High end decor and art throughout the house create multiple areas to gather or to find private, quiet spots to rest or relax.

Although a secure, private parking space is included in our garage, The Art House is a walker's dream, less than a mile from Denver Convention Center, and within 2 blocks of the Capitol and Civic Center Park; and the Denver Art, Kirkland and Clyfford Still museums, as well as History Colorado and dozens of clubs, restaurants and shops. Golden Triangle is Denver's hottest up and coming neighborhood with favorites like Level and Schoolyard, as well as numerous clubs within 2 blocks.

Note: Our 2 car garage is usually shared with another vehicle; oversized or extra long vehicles may not fit. If not, plenty of paid public parking nearby.
