The garden level basement has the laundry room w/ new, large washer and dryer, queen bed, pull out couch and storage areas. It also serves as a great rec room for kids! The front porch sits well above the street and is a great perch to watch the world go by or enjoy the large fenced-in yard and patio bbqing with sitting areas, beautiful plantings and soft grass.
