This wonderful home hosts a roomy, light filled living room and sun room, a spacious dining room, and a modern kitchen with white cabinets, quartz counters, and Bosch appliances. The primary bathroom is a clawfoot tub/shower with marble floors. The hall bath was recently renovated with new tile, vanity, but keeping the charm with the historic glass in the window. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with a queen size bed in each...and plenty of closet space.

It is urban living at its best...with Cherry Creek less than a mile a way, an easy walk for a day of shopping and great dining options.
