You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

You’ll find cooking basics including pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, as well as dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet. A coffee maker and coffee are provided to start your mornings right. Gather at the dining table to plan the day’s explorations.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
