A very large, new, high end, modern, garden level apartment, in the heart of Lower Highlands, Downtown Denver. This bright and airy apartment is 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom. It is perfect for a couple, two singles, business traveler or couple & child.

The Space:
The bath has a shower with double jet heads and bench seat. The bedroom has a luxury king sized bed upgraded with lux cotton sheets, firm and feather king sized pillows. The living room has a massive, deep cushion L shaped queen sofa sleeper, 50” flat screen TV, free WIFI & premium cable TV. Two people can literally stretch out and fall asleep on this super comfy sofa. It’s also perfect for the ultimate movie night after a long day of fun in Denver. Or both!

There is a completely remodeled Euro style kitchenette with a 20” 4 burner stove/oven, under cabinet fridge/freezer and full sized dishwasher. Eat up breakfast bar for two. Full sized dining table that will seat 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need. A full sized laundry is located in the apartment with a front load washer and dryer. The unit also has A/C which can be rare in Denver.

The Neighborhood:
The best location in Denver! We are walking distance to not one but TWO of the hottest restaurant areas on 32nd street: Highlands Square and Lohi. Minutes to all the attractions, downtown, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, museums, breweries, LoDo, the capital, Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Denver skate park, Sloans lake, you can literally cross over the bridge or jump on the freeway and you're there.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is a breeze from this apartment. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. A b-ride bicycle rental station. An Uber or Lyft can take you downtown or to the many attractions in the area for $5-$10.

This apartment/home is owned by my parents and I manage it for them. (I'm their daughter) I am an experienced property manager and strive to make your stay perfect. I live across the street which is helpful for any troubleshooting or questions.
