Be the first to experience our Cape Cod summer home just 0.8 miles from the Beach. This home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an outdoor shower. It has a large, private yard with a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor flatscreen TV, and a shed-turned shed-bar. Other outdoor features include plenty of yard space, a new stone patio, and parking for 6 cars. It is the perfect stay for groups or families looking to gather and experience a classic Cape Cod getaway!
The brand new kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a full gas oven. Just off the kitchen is a large mudroom with plenty of space for storing beach supplies or pantry overflow. There are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor with queen size beds. The two bedrooms on the lower level each have a set of bunk beds and an additional twin-size bed. There is also a bonus room with a flat-screen TV and a large sectional for when you need a break from the sun or on chilly off-season nights.
Other amenities include a full laundry room with a washer & dryer, a living room with a fireplace, WiFi, cable, and central A/C. New hardwood, laminate, and tile flooring are installed throughout with a fresh clean aesthetic and a sea-inspired palette. We supply all bedding, pillows, bath towels, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Please expect to bring your own toiletries and beach supplies/towels.
THIS PROPERTY RENTS SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY DURING THE PRIME SEASON. FOR OFF-SEASON DATES, YOU MAY RENT FOR A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM.
**Sleeps 11 people; 2 per bed on the main floor, Three bonus rooms and a half bathroom are located in the basement with additional space for entertaining or catching up on some well-needed rest.
Located in Dennis Port, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Hyannis Harbor and Jericho House and Barn Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include West Dennis Beach and Cape Cod Baseball & Bumper Boats. Pirate's Cove Mini Golf and Cape Cod Lavender Farm are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
