This comfortable 5 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated in a private neighborhood and offers spacious living and comfortable furnishings for up to 10 guests! A quick, 5 minute walk takes you to a Private Association Beach on beautiful Cape Cod Bay. The main living space features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, eat-in dining area, and cozy living room with brand new furniture. Sliders from the living area enter into a cute, screened breezeway area complete with dining table. There are four bedrooms, two with a full-sized bed in each and two with two twin sized beds in each, all with a breezy, seaside feel. All four bedrooms offer a window AC unit for added sleeping comfort. There is a full bath off the hallway with tub/shower combination. Attached to the main living area via the breezeway are separate living quarters complete with a queen-sized bed, AC unit, additional full bath, and small screened area. Separate living quarters could be perfect for a nanny or couple for added privacy, while still being a part of the family vacation! Outside, enjoy evening barbecues on the deck complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, or rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, $325 Cleaning Fee, plus applicable state and local taxes. Pets considered with prior approval from owner and payment of a $250 Pet Fee. Linen package for 10 available upon request for an additional cost. 3 Night minimums are available in the off-season- inquire for rates.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Hyannis Harbor and Scargo Tower are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Club at Yarmouthport and Bayberry Hills Golf Course.
