The holiday home is located in the peaceful, rolling countryside with excellent tranquility and a beautiful view. The cottage was completely renovated in 2019. The entire house exudes an exclusive choice of materials, such as top insulation from floor to ceiling, all windows with self-cleaning glass, a state-of-the-art kitchen, beautiful living rooms, etc. All materials have been carefully selected, from floors, tiles, walls, furniture, and good exclusive beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen also stands out from ordinary kitchens. Granite fronts and countertops, two built-in steam ovens and a regular oven from Gaggenau, a matching microwave, a wide, zone-free hob, and a countertop extractor hood, in addition to two teppanyaki grills for Japanese cooking, which are also great for warm dishes. This provides plenty of opportunities for the whole family. The outdoor entertainment is also not to be overlooked, with the garden surrounded by a wooden railing. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
