The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.
With an impressive house area of 700 square meters and a plot of 3477 square meters, there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 40 people. The house has 13 bedrooms, including 5 rooms with 1 double bed each, 6 rooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with 4 bunk beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds, making it ideal for large groups. There are also 6 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, so there is never a need to wait in line. For the little guests, both a cot and a high chair are available.
The indoor comfort is ensured by a heat pump that keeps the temperature comfortable all year round. The house is equipped with modern kitchen facilities, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 100 liters.
For entertainment, there are a number of fun activities. Here you will find a pool table, table tennis table and table football table that will keep everyone entertained for hours. In addition, there is an indoor sauna where you can relax after a long day of activities. The house also has a large pool area with a 45 square meter swimming pool and a 25 square meter children's pool with a slide, which is heated all year round.
The location allows for a short walk to the water, only 50 meters away, where you can swim, fish or just enjoy the fresh air.
For those who want to stay up to date, there is wireless internet and a television with German and Danish TV, so you can catch up on your favorite programs. The property is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friend on vacation.
