There is a “movie theater” with a large TV and surround sound system where you can stream your own TV services etc. There is also a sofa bed with room for 2 people. The cottage is energy-friendly with 3 heat pumps (air/air), allowing for lower consumption. There is also a charger for electric cars. The cottage is bright and welcoming and oozes quality. The house is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/living room/living room. The quality kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
