Welcome to the front row to the sea and beach! This beautiful house has a fantastic location with 180 degree panoramic sea views and its own direct access to an excellent and child-friendly sandy beach.
This unique and modern house is located directly on the beach with panoramic sea views from the living room, kitchen, bedroom and terrace. The house is perfect for a family vacation with children or a romantic getaway for two, but there is also room for your extended family. The interior of the house is warm and inviting with wood paneling and exposed brickwork, and the large windows allow you to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views from almost every room. You can cook in peace and quiet in the open kitchen and enjoy your meals outside when the weather is fine. If you have a pianist, he or she can play the piano for cozy song evenings before you end the evening with board games and a glass of wine on the terrace and enjoy the sunset over the sea and Nekselö.
Start your day on one of the sun terraces, where you can enjoy the sea view and feel at one with nature. The house has a lovely plot with toys for the children while you read a good book or cozy up with your knitting and a podcast.
When you open the garden gate, you are right on the beach and can fill the days with a refreshing swim and sunbathing in the sand. Havnsö is a small, cozy place with a marina and restaurants, and the ferries go directly to Nekselö and Sejerö with many great excursion options. Havnsö is located in the southern part of Nekselö Bay, close to the Vesterlyng nature reserve, which is known for its rare flora and rich birdlife in the two nearby reserves.
