On a magnificent, hilly plot with sea views, you will find this split-level holiday cottage. Everything is made of the highest quality. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms and the kitchen and hall. The house is bright and tastefully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with many auxiliary tools. One room has PlayStation2 and TV. There is a fireplace on the site. There is a bench at the top of the dune, so you can really enjoy the view of the water. Payment for departure cleaning must be left at the house. Free admittance to water park.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
