In a quiet area, you'll find a cozy and atmospheric cottage on a hilly plot. The cottage has been in the family since 1962, and you can still find original details and cozy interiors.
The cottage has everything you would associate with a holiday home, creating a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The living room has high ceilings, and on cold winter days, you can curl up on the sofa and enjoy the view of the garden while the wood-burning stove crackles. At the dining table, there's room for delicious meals, board games and lovely conversations over a cup of coffee.
The living room exudes a cottage feel with its teak furniture, books and CDs galore and soft textiles. When you need to retreat, you'll find some lovely moments with your knitting or a book in one of the bedrooms. Here you'll find fine details and calm, subdued colors.
The cottage's outdoor space is fantastic in the summer, with small islands of wildlife growing in the garden. On the terrace of the cottage, the sun welcomes you to the cottage life and you can catch the rays all day long. Mornings, lunches, card games and barbecues bring the family together on the beautiful grounds. When darkness falls, you can clearly see the starry sky - in some cases, there's even the possibility of experiencing Dark Sky and satellites. The wild-with-will garden invites you to enjoy a campfire and in the early hours of the morning, deer often visit.
There are fine beaches nearby with great opportunities for swimming in both summer and winter, fishing from the shore and kayaking. The glacial landscape and the old chalk quarry in Klint are great excursion destinations all year round, and here you can spend many hours chatting, sipping coffee in your thermos and enjoying the wind in your hair.

Nykobing Sjaelland is home to this vacation home. Kunstnerfløjen and Gallery Esborg are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Odsherred Golfklub and Mensalgaard Golf. Ulkerup Landsby and Berit Othman Atelier are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling.
