This charming holiday home in Rødhus combines a personal interior style with bright, spacious rooms and a completely private south-facing courtyard. Situated on a large shared dune plot, it offers direct access via footpaths to the wide sandy beaches and the North Sea, just 600 metres away. The setting is perfect for those seeking both tranquillity and proximity to nature. Inside, the open-plan living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for cooking, dining, and relaxation. Large windows ensure exceptional natural light, making the living area bright and inviting. The home features two bedrooms – one with a double bed, and a family room with a double bed and two bunk beds – as well as a spacious bathroom. A wood-burning stove adds both cosy ambience and efficient heating. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a small covered terrace and a 100 m² south-facing courtyard, ideal for sunny days. The shared dune plot includes a communal playground with trampolines, a ball field, swings, a sandbox, and a slide, making it a great choice for families. The property borders directly onto the beach area at Rødhus. Please note: the house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
