Enjoy your stay in this older holiday home in a unique and secluded location in the Nordby Bakker nature reserve.
First row to the water with unobstructed sea views from the terrace and the living rooms facing west. Here you get a very special opportunity to live in the middle of the beautiful nature of Nordsamsø with a fantastic view of the sea. Relax in the living room, which welcomes you with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the Kattegat, where you can enjoy the sunset and, with a bit of luck, see a herd of harbour porpoises in the water or deer in the hills. Indulge in culinary delights, as the house has a well-equipped kitchen for all kinds of cooking, and you can barbecue outside. Make yourself comfortable in the kitchen and take advantage of the direct access to the terraces, which face both east and west.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, far away from the nearest neighbours - in the middle of open and wild nature, where you can enjoy undisturbed peace and quiet. Linger on one of the two terraces or simply sit down with a glass of wine in front of the picturesque view of the coastal landscape and the sea. The property leads directly down to the water and has its own path and steps directly to the beach.

Discover this versatile Danish island, which is not only a tranquil, green holiday paradise, but also self-sufficient with renewable energy from the sun, wind and biomass. The island also offers numerous culinary specialities. Don't miss out on these culinary delights - a good place to sample the local delicacies is the brewery, which you will find on the outskirts of Nordby.
You can easily reach the numerous activities on the North Island. Visit the Samsø Labyrinth, for example, with exciting information about the flora and fauna of the island, which delights adults and children alike and is considered the largest labyrinth in the world! The Søholm Opera House near the church in Nordby is also a cultural attraction within easy reach, and the exhibition in the old post office, which now functions as a library, provides information about the island's history.
