** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our

Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-

in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline

community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse,

tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not

attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which

our Guests are responsible.
Snowline Cabin #86 A Very Rustic, Pet Friendly Family Cabin With an Electric

Fireplace!

Located in the great wooded area of the Snowline development, this rustic

2-story family cabin features 3-bedrooms and a 1/2 bath along with a separate

shower area. The exterior includes a large deck with a gas grill at the front

of the cabin, and a large porch at the back of the cabin. The interior floor

plan features one bedroom with 1-twin sized bed, a laundry nook with a full

size washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living/dining

area featuring an electric fireplace . The second floor features two bedrooms

each with 1-full sized bed. This monitored pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No

Exceptions) family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED

Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest,

close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area

rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER

Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,

snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the

photography is unsurpassed year-round!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

** This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests

who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with

complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental

Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and

respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any

time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be

well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with

other family members who may be arriving separately.

Deming is home to this cabin. Mount Baker Ski Area and Chair 5 Chutes and Cliffs Ski Run are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Mount Baker and Heliotrope Ridge Trailhead. Explore all the area has to offer with cycling, mountain climbing, and hiking.
