Enjoy 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, plus 5 living-room futons. Plenty of space for everyone! In the fenced back yard, enjoy a large shade tree and tent gazebo.

Located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently right off Highway 50 - Main Street - the house is centrally located to everything you'd like to do, whether locally in Delta or across Western Colorado. You'll be walking distance to Delta's downtown business district where you can find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, parks and walking trails. More regionally, you're in a great spot to day-trip to all the beauty and attractions you'll want to see. Gunnison Gorge National Park, The Black Canyon, Wineries - all of it is an easy day trip from this centrally located property.

Delta is home to this vacation home. Delta County Historical Society and Hotchkiss-Crawford Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Delta Family Fun Park and Adobe Badlands. Valley Lanes Bowling and Lions Park are also worth visiting. Water tubing and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain climbing nearby.
