The large, comfortable living area also features a pull out sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. The kitchenette includes all of the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Located in Delavan, this condo is on the waterfront. Lake Lawn Resort Marina and Geneva National Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy and Big Foot Beach State Park. Consider Phoenix Park Bandshell for a night out or Animal Gardens if you're traveling with kids. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
