Unit 313 is a 2-story unit on the top floor of the hotel that features vaulted ceilings and stunning direct views of Delavan Lake. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the main level with a king size bed. The second bedroom (two queen size beds) and guest bath are located on the second level of this unit. For additional sleeping space, the living area also features a pull-out sofa bed. Unwind for the evening on the (shared) balcony with unobstructed lake views or cozy up in front of the fireplace. The kitchenette includes all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy everything that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby and outdoor areas, and our game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Located in Delavan, this condo is on the waterfront. Gary Gygax Memorial and Black Point Estate are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy and Big Foot Beach State Park. Consider Phoenix Park Bandshell for a night out or Animal Gardens if you're traveling with kids. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
