The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Located in Delavan, this condo is on the waterfront. Gary Gygax Memorial and Black Point Estate are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Animal Gardens and Yerkes Observatory. Traveling with kids? Consider Walworth County Fairgrounds and Lake Geneva Balloon Company. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
