This is a very quiet neighborhood and the property has five star reviews because we go beyond to make your stay enjoyable, while being incredibly respectful to our neighbors. This property is situated in a very, very quiet location, no trailers, no motorbikes, no boats or RV's allowed and no spring breakers, sorry just strictly following HOA rules here.
Recently renovated and equipped for all your needs. This wonderful home looks on to a pretty little lake with a dock. A perfectly sized pool and hot tub, situated in a fully screened area. Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wonderful areas inside and outside for quiet family gatherings.
This is not a Party house, our neighbors are very dear to us, also since it has a pool and a hot tub and is Lakefront, this home is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Our main concern is your children's wellbeing.
The house is located just minutes by car to: shopping and restaurants, Stetson University, YMCA (with gym and indoor and outdoor pools), and the unique downtown Deland that was voted Americas Mainstreet, with its mix of antique shops, coffee houses, ice cream parlors and restaurants.
The little Deland Airport is also just minutes away, and offers a skydiving school and two restaurants where you can watch the skydivers and small planes take off and land, or try a tandem skydive yourself!
Daytona Beach (city limits) is only 20 minutes away and offers dozens of stores and restaurants, as well as The Daytona International Speedway. "The Worlds Most Famous Beach" is just another 10 minutes further. There are many other beautiful beaches within easy distance of the house:
New Smyrna Beach is just 30 minutes away. Ormond Beach 40 mins. Ponce Inlet Beach or Lighthouse 50 mins.
Go swimming or see the manatees and enjoy Florida's nature at its’ best at one of the near by Springs: De Leon Springs State Park 15 min.; Blue Spring State Park 20 min.; Silver Glen Springs 40 min.;

Traffic is unpreditable in central florida, add an hour to trave times in heavy traffic.
Located in DeLand, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Sands Theatre Center and Stockton-Lindquist House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Clark Bay Conservation Area and Lower Wekiva River State Park. Sunshine Bowling Center and Gillespie Museum are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with scuba diving and parasailing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and cycling.
