Enjoy water views from most every room in this custom, 2-story, lakefront home. Even the shower in the MBR has a view of Lake Beresford, which connects to the St John's River. Photo-worthy sunsets most evenings facing east over the lake.

Indoors, you have lake views from the MBR, the downstairs Family Room, the large screened-in Lanai, the expansive upstairs Great Room, and the guest room. You are also direct lakefront outside on the deck & backyard.
Your private shoreline includes a large 2-story dock. Use the 3 provided kayaks to explore Lake Beresford or visit Hontoon State Park trails, or bring your own. Local fishing guides can also pick you up from your dock. 3 bikes are also included. Boat, kayak & SUP rentals nearby. Minutes from Blue Springs & the Florida Manatees!
This home is in a peaceful, rural area with a variety of wildlife. In walking distance you have hiking, fishing, kayaking, birding - and just relaxing, surrounded by natural beauty. Daily visits from large birds such as cranes, egrets, herons, hawks, anhingas, storks, limpkins, cormorants, more! A bald eagle nests nextdoor & is often seen and heard.
The the award-winning DeLand downtown offers variety of restaurants, pubs, & wine bars, plus unique shops, weekly Farmers' market, theatre, museums, & antiquing. (Nearby Mt Dora is also famous for antiques.) World-famous Orlando theme parks are an hour away.
Downstairs 3rd bedroom (w/2 bunk beds & Queen) is an "Efficiency Apartment" w/a private entrance - complete with full kitchen, bathroom & laundry. Plus a tropical jungle view! Lockable door opens to the downstairs family room, which has lake views.
(There are also 2 foldout beds that can fit in any room of choice.)
Located in DeLand, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. David Disney Tennis Center and Mandy Stoll Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Chisholm Center Playground and Chipper Jones Little League Complex. Gillespie Museum and The Rink - Deland are also worth visiting.
