Guests will have access to the entire 3-story house excluding the garage and storage room. Full kitchen and outdoor BBQ island.

My neighborhood is very architecturally diverse. It is book ended by the State park to the north and the lagoon to the south. Natural beauty abounds. This is one of the most sought after beach communities in San Diego. There are 4, and soon to be 5, excellent restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

There is a train station to the north and south. The public bus stop is right on the coast directly west, about a 5 minute walk.

The house is located about 17 miles north of the San Diego airport. It's about 2 miles west of the Interstate 5 freeway. The nearest train station is about 5 miles north in Solana Beach. There are usually plenty of taxis at the train station and airport.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Del Mar Heights, a neighborhood in Del Mar. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Del Mar Beach and Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, while Del Mar Fairgrounds and Birch Aquarium are popular area attractions. Belmont Park and Pelly's Mini Golf at Del Mar Golf Center are also worth visiting.
