Utilities: For longer rentals (30 days or longer) the guest will be responsible for all gas / electricity charges over $300 per month / billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed or charged to the credit card on file. If you booked through a third party site like airbnb, payment will be requested through that third party.
