- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7. The camera is at the front door.
- The guest bedroom includes a queen size sofa bed, while the loft area—accessible via a staircase—features a full-size mattress on the floor.
- The staircase to the loft features tall, wide steps, and the railing next to the mattress is made of rope. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the loft. Only adults may sleep in the bed, which is a full size and accommodates up to two people. Please use caution.
- The upper-level balcony is accessible from the loft; please always take extra precautions.
- The closet space is limited. The guest bedroom has a small closet, while the master bedroom has only two dressers and no closet.
- This townhome is located within a complex situated on a busy road in Del Mar.
- The fireplace inside the home is not for use.
- There is no heating on the main downstairs level.
- There is no dishwasher, however, a dish drying rack is provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Located in Del Mar, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Del Mar Beach and Moonlight State Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Torrey Pines Golf Course.
