This year-round, cottage style post & beam home features an inviting wrap-around deck, southern exposure, and central heat. Nestled in a peaceful woodland setting among some of the island's oldest oaks, the property offers a floating dock, tidal kayaking, canoeing, and saltwater swimming. Enjoy the outdoor shower and the firepit for nightly s'mores.

Rentals are Friday to Friday. Adults only, please.

Located on a private point road, the property offers a 3-mile loop for scenic walks. You can also enjoy the ever-changing views from the dock or through the expansive windows overlooking the cove. Explore nearby hiking trails, fishing, freshwater swimming, artist galleries, public golf and tennis, farmers' markets, and the Haystack School of Art. A short ride takes you to Stonington’s piers, movies, theater, and the busy working lobster port. Day trips to Isle au Haut, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park are easily accessible.
