Our farmhouse features three cozy bedrooms (sleeps six) and 2.5 bathrooms, all elegantly furnished with high-quality linens for your comfort. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the grill for a delightful outdoor barbecue.

Enjoy a host of fantastic amenities, including a charming cast-iron stove, a whole-house water filtration system, zoned air conditioning and heating, high-speed wireless internet, and a library of over 200 DVDs, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment.

We provide ample parking and prioritize your safety by installing new smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home.

Due to the Premises’ rural, remote location, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras and a video doorbell at the following locations: driveway/sidewalk, front door, back doors, creek (monitoring depth), field, and detached garage in the lower pasture (not included in this rental agreement). No cameras are located inside the Premises. Cameras are deactivated following Tenant’s check-in and remain off for the duration of Tenant’s stay. Landlord reserves the right to periodically and temporarily activate cameras during the stay to verify compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including occupancy limits and house rules. Cameras are not monitored in real time for guest safety and should not be relied upon by Tenant for personal security or the security of Tenant’s belongings.

No audio recording function is enabled on any camera, with the exception of the front door video doorbell. Consistent with Vrbo’s surveillance device policy, the video doorbell’s audio function remains active to assist guests as needed — for example, lockouts, to communicate with Landlord or verify deliveries and visitors.

Please Note: Accessing the home and bedrooms requires climbing stairs.

The Blowing Rock and Daniel Boone Native Gardens reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Tweetsie Railroad and Turchin Center for the Visual Arts. Schaefer Center for the Performing Arts and Magic Mountain Mini Golf and Arcade are also worth visiting.
