• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

• After stripping used beds and collecting all linens… please place in utility room next to washing machine
• Please put trash from rooms, including kitchen, inside black trash cans in utility room in order to avoid leaking on floor. please, no trash is to be left outside as this attracts unwanted wildlife
• Before departure, please turn off all lights and water fountain (switch is inside to the right of front door). make sure all doors are completely closed and locked. place key back in lock box
