This ground-floor apartment is perfect for your escape to the “high country” of North Carolina. You will appreciate the open, uncluttered vibe, the central heat and A/C, as well as the high-speed internet. The living room has comfortable seating and a 50-inch Roku TV. There are 2 bedrooms: each has a queen bed, an armchair, and a large closet. The primary bedroom has direct access to the bathroom and a small in-room TV. The second bedroom has a desk and bookshelf. A queen air bed is stored in the closet of the primary bedroom and can be set up in the living room.
The full kitchen is equipped with all the basics for cooking and cleaning up afterwards, and there’s a counter-height table that seats 4. The washer and dryer are in the hallway closet, along with a steam iron and small ironing board.
The location is a convenient drive to all of the popular attractions in the Boone area. Only one fourth of a mile off Highway 421/221, one mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 miles to Boone and Appalachian State University, 15 miles to Blowing Rock , Todd, and West Jefferson, 20 miles to the Art of Living Center, 25 miles to Wilkesboro, and 25-45 minutes to major ski resorts.
You can walk from the house to the Mountain-to-Sea Trail, which follows the Blue Ridge Parkway for miles; or meditate by the creek that meanders along the edge of the back lawn.
Deep Gap is home to this apartment.
