Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place just a short drive (about 6 minutes) from downtown Decatur. It’s a short distance from the restaurants and amenities of both downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates.

Complete with unique mid-century furnishings and everything you need for a lovely stay (short or long!) including a number of streaming channels, WiFi, a working space, a full kitchen, covered patio, and the most comfortable beds!
The space
UPDATE: In response to a previous review we have now added curtains to all the bedrooms!

Upon arrival drop your bags off in either of the 2 bedrooms, kick back and relax in the living room, or take a seat on the private patio complete with hanging plants. Check your email over the free Wi-Fi, or see what's available on TV on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Peacock, or Amazon Prime.

Prepare an amazing meal using the five range stove with fresh food from the Dekalb Farmer's Market, or have your meal at the bar or on the contemporary dining table from one of Decatur's fabulous restaurants.

This home features two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a luxurious king-sized Avocado organic mattress that is perfect after a long day. The second bedroom has a queen-sized mattress that is just as comfortable as the first.
Both closets are supplied with hangers. The second bedroom has a desk and chair to work at, and the first has a tallboy set of drawers.

A fifth person can sleep in the living room on an inflatable mattress, upon request. Please let me know this in the booking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the two bedrooms and the rest of the house. The only room that guests won't have access to is the office which will be locked and where we keep our personal items while we are away.

There is covered parking that fits one or two vehicles (if our car is there it will fit one under cover) and parking in the driveway.
Other things to note
Please note parties or gatherings aren’t allowed.

Belvedere Park, a neighborhood in Decatur, is home to this vacation home. Ponce City Market and Perimeter Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Centennial Olympic Park and Piedmont Park. Check out an event or a game at Georgia World Congress Center, and consider making time for Zoo Atlanta, a top attraction not to be missed.
