3 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Deadwood, South Dakota

One of our 4 cottages at First Deadwood Cottages. This one is a home away from home. It has a full kitchen so you can prepare your favorite meals. A living room and dining area. An upstairs sleeping loft with 2 twin beds and a private king bedroom. There is also a sleeping area down stairs with 2 queen beds. It is divided by a pocket door with another unit. Don’t forget the BBQ Kitchen area and hot tub outside. It's a great place to stay when you are touring the beautiful Black Hills!

The Poker Alice Cottage is in a wonderful location because is close enough to walk downtown, but still private enough to enjoy the outdoor hot tub and kitchen area.

Guest will have access to all 3 levels of the house.

If the guest needs anything they can always call and I will be available to help.

The Poker Alice Cottage is perfectly located next to a major resort and amenities.

Our property has on site free parking and the city Trolley stop is half a block away. The trolley cost is $1 per person to ride.

This property is pet friendly. Fees apply. $25.00 per pet per night. This fee is NOT included in your reservation through Airbnb. The pet fee has to be paid upon arrival.
-Please help us keep this property pet friendly by being responsible with your pet during your stay and following our policies.
-Pet Fees: $25.00 per pet per night. This fee must be paid at check-in.
-Pets are not allowed on beds nor furniture. Pets cannot be left alone in the cottage unless kenneled.
-Damage caused and the resulting charges, i.e. carpet stains, wall damage, furniture damage, etc. will be the responsibility of the tenant.
-$25 per extra guest. Make sure the number of guests on your reservation is correct.
-No smoking of any kind. If you smoke inside the cottage your reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
-Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes or any other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues, at the guest's expense, to our plumbing.
- Furniture, fixtures and lighting may not be moved or rearranged.
- Please use electricity and water responsibly.
