Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sandpoint Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool with hot tub, 2 saunas, and one parking space. Please note that the parking garage is currently closed until further notice.
When you enter this luxury, oceanfront, renovated condo in Daytona Beach Shores the ocean views will take your breath away! The exquisitely decorated, oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a separate vanity area, walk-in shower, and an additional closet space. The guest bedroom contains a full bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom is right next door and contains a shower/tub combo.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
