Cute and beautifully decorated and clean home located close to major street and downtown Dayton, UD arena, Oregon district with easy access to suburbs as well. Beautifully renovated, maintains some old charm, incredible kitchen. Please note that this is a 2 storey home with an accessible attic and basement that are available. The first floor has the living room and full size kitchen, a coats closet. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic has an office space, a playroom and available inflatable mattresses if needed. The attic has another bedroom (no egress window) with a full bathroom with shower.
Located in Walnut Hills, a neighborhood in Dayton, this vacation home is near theme parks. National Museum of the United States Air Force and Wright-Patterson AFB are cultural highlights of the area. Woodland Cemetery and Arboretum and Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
