Extensively remodeled Brookside Chalet in 2023 is the ultimate ski location with a short walk in your boots to the ski lifts. A great vacation location year round with winter sports as well as beautiful ,cool, summer days for golfing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting, and so much more. A rustic cedar cabin with a new gas fireplace, covered hot tub with mood lighting, located on a babbling brook (Yoakum Run).
For those indoor days and the younger set, the cabin is equipped with a new 55 inch Samsung smart tv, TV's in every room, and all new stainless steel appliances.
The ideal place to unwind and relax with all modern amenities!

Located in Timberline, a neighborhood in Davis, this cabin is in the mountains and on a lake. Timberline Four Season Resort and Canaan Valley Ski Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Blackwater Falls State Park and Canaan Valley Resort State Park. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
