Resort Maintenance Update – Solterra Resort
Please note that the resort will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during your stay. The Lazy River at Solterra Resort will be closed for approximately 6 weeks starting September 7th, 2026. Additionally, the main resort pool is expected to be closed for approximately 9 weeks beginning in September. We understand how important these amenities are and appreciate your understanding as the resort completes these improvements. All other amenities are expected to remain open and available during this time.

Living Area 2: Relaxing living area located upstairs with comfortable couches and TV

Clubhouse Access Fee
A community access fee of $38–$45 per stay (based on group size) is required for clubhouse amenities. This fee is fully refundable upon submission of your payment receipt.
