Step outside to your fully fenced and screened-in patio, featuring a Private Heated Pool. It`s the perfect spot to relax, swim, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A BBQ area is also available for cookouts.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire townhome, including all interior spaces, the private pool, and the backyard. In addition, you are welcome to enjoy the community`s shared amenities, which include a clubhouse and a large resort-style pool.
