Tucked inside the gated community of Tuscan Hills, this beautifully updated 5-bedroom home was made for families who want space, comfort, and the freedom to truly relax between adventures. Spread out, slow down, and make this your home base for the vacation everyone will be talking about for years.
THE LOCATION
Perfectly positioned for Disney and beyond — just 8 miles from Animal Kingdom and 12 miles from Magic Kingdom. SeaWorld is 18 miles away, Universal Studios is 21 miles, and Margaritaville's Sunset Walk is just 6 miles down the road. With live music, restaurants, an arcade, a movie theater, Island H2O Water Park, and more, Sunset Walk is a perfect low-key evening right around the corner.
THE SPACE
Five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half bath give everyone room to breathe. Two master suites provide adult privacy and comfort — one located on the main floor for easy accessibility. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV, and strong WiFi keeps the whole crew connected. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for togetherness when you want it — and the bedrooms are a great retreat when you don't.
Fresh updates throughout include brand-new carpet, granite countertops, and updated fixtures. The décor strikes just the right balance: Disney magic the kids will love, tropical warmth the adults will appreciate.
THE KITCHEN
Everything you need to fuel a big park day is right here. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials — plus a Mickey waffle iron that might just become the highlight of every morning. The dining table seats eight, with four additional spots at the breakfast bar. Keep your eyes open for Mickey details tucked throughout — from the coffee mugs to the measuring spoons, the magic is in the details.
THE LIVING ROOM
After miles of walking and a day full of excitement, there's nothing better than sinking into fresh, comfortable sofas. Wind down with a movie on the large Smart TV, challenge the family to a board game, or browse the small sharing library. Some of our guests' favorite memories happen right here.
THE POOL & SPA
The private screened-in pool and spa are the centerpiece of the outdoor space — and honestly, some guests barely make it to the parks! The expansive deck has plenty of room for lounging, and a pool safety fence gives parents peace of mind while the kids splash around.
