A 15 min drive to Disney, this beautiful 5 bed, 4.5 bath home sleeps up to 10 people. After a day at the parks, unwind with the family by taking a dip in the private swimming pool / jacuzzi on the back patio. Parking Rules
These HOA rules are strictly enforced and are shared to help you avoid towing, fines, or loss of access to the community.
Quick Summary

* Vehicles parked **fully on the driveway only**
**Not Allowed:**
* More than 2 vehicles anywhere in the community
* Street parking
* Parking on the grass, sidewalk, or outside the driveway
* Any part of the vehicle extending off the driveway
Full Parking Rules
Only **2 vehicles total** are allowed in the community for this reservation. No additional vehicles are permitted anywhere in the community.
Both vehicles must be parked completely on the driveway. No part of the vehicle, including tires, bumpers, mirrors, or any portion of the car, may extend onto the grass, sidewalk, street, or outside the driveway area.
Street parking is not allowed under any circumstances.
Important Consequences
If these rules are violated, the HOA may revoke the gate code. If that happens, we cannot restore access, override the HOA, or provide another way into the community.
The HOA strictly enforces parking rules, and there have already been multiple towings this year. Vehicles may be towed at the guest’s or vehicle owner’s expense, and fines may also be issued.
Pool and Spa Heating
Pool and spa heating is available for **$65 per day**.
Pool/spa heat is recommended from **October through April**, especially if you would like the water to be more comfortable during cooler weather.
Please let us know before or during your stay if you would like pool/spa heating added. We are happy to assist.

Other things to note
We truly understand how important animals are to many guests. However, due to significant health conditions, we are unable to accommodate any animals on the property, including service animals.
Located in Tuscan Hills, a neighborhood in Four Corners, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park. Mystic Dunes Golf Club and ChampionsGate Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios® are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
