This home is located in Niguel Shores, a prestigious private community with a 24/7 gate attendant. The recreation center and park have been remodeled with a 3 million dollar upgrade. There is an Olympic swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, large grass park, children's playground, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, shuffle board, three tennis courts, and four pickleball courts.

Located in Monarch Beach, a neighborhood in Dana Point, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Dana Point Harbor and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Doheny State Beach and Crystal Cove State Park.
