This Ocean View Estate is perfectly located on one of the most coveted streets in Dana Point's Lantern District. The 1963 mid-century modern home is a stunning example of timeless simplicity. Open, airy, and bright you’ll find a colorful mix of old and new that is a surprise for the senses.

From the very moment you pass through the manicured front yard and up to the geometric glass paneled blue door it is obvious that everything at this property has been painstakingly handpicked to provide a truly one of a kind experience.

Upon entering, warm oak flooring runs throughout the main level of the home which boosts four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Walk down the sunset mural hallway and find your adventurous side in the tiki style bedroom, complete with a queen bed and jungle wall. The second bedroom has wall to wall closet space and a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed set upon a built-in wood mid-century platform.
