Queen Bed in master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed, 2 TV’s in Living room and master bedroom, Cable, WIFI, Laundry inside the condo.
Unit comes with 1 car covered assigned free parking and plenty of uncovered free parking. Maximum 2 car allowed.
Granite counter tops and Shaker style cabinets.This unit have Central A/C , Heater, Decorated with a relaxed Beach atmosphere. Beach towels, beach chairs included. Full linens.
Our rental agreement included no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise in occupancy or parties. Due to local laws-or HOA policies guest must be 25 years old age to book the property, under 25 years of age must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian.
