Master bedroom with en-suite private bathroom available from June 15 to July 10. Monarch Hills is a 24-hr guard gated community with a private path to Salt Creek Beach. I'm on the greenbelt with 3 sets of sliding glass doors overlooking the Monarch Beach Golf Resort and just a short walk to the Dana Point Ritz Carlton. The location is fantastic, 2 blocks from Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH) and 2 miles from Dana Point Harbor and 10-15 min. drive to San Clemente and Laguna Beach. I have a turnkey beachy furnished condo with a King size bed in master, w/d in unit, patio furniture, gas grill, and designated parking. .

Located in Monarch Beach, a neighborhood in Dana Point, this condo is near theme parks and by the sea. Dana Point Harbor and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Doheny State Beach and Crystal Cove State Park. Ocean Institute and Orange County Natural History Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
