Stunning modern villa with breathtaking views of the mountains, the sea and jaw dropping sunsets. Large enclosed garden, perfect for children with lemon, lime, orange, apple and passion fruit trees. Large (10mx5m), professionally maintained pool with an outside bar next to the pool. 2 Double bed rooms both en-suite. 2 x single beds in bedroom 3, adjacent to main bathroom. Internal furnishings are modern and clean with wifi, TV and PS3 and plenty of board games for evening fun. 800m from a leatherback turtle nesting beach, which has parking and an open air restaurant.
The house has modern air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with modern appliances and a water chiller. Outside dining is well catered for with a large table, under a shaded pergola, next to the built in BBQ. The garden has a large area of flat artificial grass that is safe for children and makes an excellent surface to play on.
As the property is totally enclosed and on a quiet estate, it is private, safe and peaceful. We have 2 large roof terraces that are excellent for enjoying the views and for stargazing in the evenings
