Bay Villa Nicole, Blue Bay Villa Thea and Blue Bay Villa Dimitris)
situated within private grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3
private swimming pools, making it an ideal retreat for large groups who
wish to stay together. With a total capacity to accommodate up to 18
guests, these detached villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and
shared spaces for a memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas,
DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style,
while enjoying stunning garden sea views.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Additional Information

The air conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 30 EUR, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pets - not allowed

Located in Polis, this villa is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Latchi Beach and Painted Churches in the Troodos Region, while Maa-Paliokastro Archaeological Site and Byzantine Museum are cultural highlights.
