Villa Ochosto Loux is a pristine and fantastic 5-bedroom villa offering both luxury and extravagance in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes’ walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom and shower room with w/c is also located on this floor.
Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 bedrooms with natural lighting and a shower room with w/c, this area is accessed via a separate entrance door. Upstairs, the villa has a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a large outside balcony on this floor which is ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.
Outside, the garden area features a large overflow swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.
This central resort location is an excellent base to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk.
A satellite TV and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Located in Paralimni, this villa is in a rural area. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay Beach. Speedball Zorbing and Protaras Ocean Aquarium are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.
