Blue Waves 3 really does have the wow factor! Not to be missed, this seafront villa sits in the ultimate location, with magnificent sea views and direct access to the beachfront. If you choose to leave this slice of paradise, you'll find local tavernas, bars, and shops just a stone's throw away. Alternatively, you have everything you could possibly need within the villa. Split over three floors you'll find an array of contemporary rooms, bursting with modern appliances, chic furniture, and flooded with natural light. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors give you easy access from the open-plan lounge to the gorgeous exteriors. 
You enter the property on the ground floor, as a huge castle-style door opens up into a white-washed lounge, dining room, and kitchen area. The room is kitted out with cosy sofas and a huge kitchen with a breakfast bar, wine cooler and dishwasher. There's an indoor dining table, but why eat indoors when you can dine alfresco? A guest WC completes the ground floor, whilst you can choose to take the lift to the remaining two floors. If you don't fancy taking the lift, then a staircase leads you to the lower ground floor. This is our favourite floor! It comes complete with another, yes another kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, a cosy seating area, utility and a double bedroom. There's a cinema room, complete with a projector TV, a gym area with a whirlpool tub, and access to your underground parking. 
Up on the first floor, we find the remaining four bedrooms, all doubles with cool air conditioning and private ensuites. All showers are rainfall effect, whilst all bedrooms feature their own balcony terrace. Be sure to bag one of the bedrooms with the sea view, great for morning coffees or late-nightcaps. Outside, the pool* oozes elegance, with a vast decking area lined with sun loungers, beanbags for afternoon reading, alfresco dining, and garden sofas. Last, but no means least, the infinity pool is ideal for swimming a few lengths and cooling off from the midday sunshine. As an added bonus, Blue Waves also comes with complimentary pool towels. Ultimately, Blue Waves 3 has been designed to impress. 
This villa has an underground carparking area. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace area is flat, even and spacious. Further along the terrace, there are steps that lead down to the lawn/beach area. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms, but there is an elevator in the hallway, which takes you to each floor. There are 24 steps to the first floor. The first bedroom on your left has a door width of 78cm, whilst the door to the ensuite is 68cm wide.
