This modern spacious villa is located at a quiet location of Central Protaras. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs which makes it also ideal for elderly couples as well.

The plot size is 1600 square meters and the covered area including a closed Garage is 300 square meters.

When you enter the villa you will see the open space modern living room with comfortable sofas, Smart tv mounted on the wall and a modern fireplace. On the side is the kitchen, modern design as well with the cooker in the middle and around a large fridge, cupboards and sink.

There is entrance to the garden from the Kitchen and also from the living area. There is also an entrance to the Garage from the kitchen.

On the ground floor next to the stairs it is the guest W.C. After the living room there is a double bedroom.

Upstairs there is a fridge and laundry space with clothes dryer and washing machine.

On the left side of the corridor there 2 bedrooms one with ensuite bathrooms and between them there is a large family Bathroom with a full bath and a toilet.

On the right side of the corridor there are another two bedrooms. The first one is designed for children. The second one has a glass door that connects to the terrace with amazing sea views.

The corridor leads to the terrace with patio furniture and amazing views to relax at night time with a nice bottle of wine and candle lights. There is electricity and antenna sockets where you can take the TV outside to also watch a movie.

The garden is large, plenty of running space for children and a large umbrella and furniture for 10 people to sit. There are also some toys for children like a swingset.

This house is perfect for two, three or even four families.

Paralimni is home to this villa. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay Beach. Protaras Ocean Aquarium and Speedball Zorbing are also worth visiting.
