The villa is set out on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living and dining area seating 8 persons. Widescreen TV, satellite and WI-FI connection are available and there is also a sound system and IPod / IPhone docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a W/C on the ground floor.
The basement room of the villa is in effect a studio apartment. It features a comfortable living area with TV, a double bed, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a luxury shower/Jacuzzi unit.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony area which overlooks the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower unit and WC. The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, beside cabinets and a door leading out to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Just 10 minutes walk from the main Protaras strip, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, this area of Protaras is an excellent central location within easy walking distance to all the resort amenities.
Overall, this is a fabulous villa, close enough to the resort centre to enjoy all the amenities yet far enough away to enjoy to have a relaxing stay.  

Paralimni is home to this villa. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay Beach. Speedball Zorbing and Protaras Ocean Aquarium are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.
