The Surrounding Area:

Located within the plush Ayios Theodoros Valley, this private residence is close to Exit 13 off the A1 Larnaca - Limassol highway. It is also within easy walking distance of the charming village of Skarinou.
The property
The Villa is 4/5 bedroomed, is beautifully furnished throughout, with a large swimming pool, hot tub & several areas set aside for lounging the day & evening away.

The property is accessed through electric gates and there is ample parking. The downstairs has a formal lounge / dining room / modern games room / a music room (5th bedroom) from which there is access to a patio seating area. The spacious kitchen also has its own dining area and utility area from which there is access to the back garden and pool area. There is a no step wheelchair access through the rear of the Villa for persons with mobility issues.
Upstairs all 4 bedrooms have their own private balconies. 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite the other 2 benefit from a large bathroom with whirlpool bath with separate shower and toilet. There are further shower facilities downstairs.
All bedrooms benefit from fly screens, air-conditioning units (hot/cold) oil fired central heating and their own tvs -to allow you connect your devices.

The grounds
The property is surrounded by a large garden, including a variety of seating and lounging areas. A large pergola is perfect for a morning breakfast or coffee whilst the seating areas around the pool enable. There is also a barbecue area with a traditional pizza oven, facility for a charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue.

The focal point of the grounds is the beautiful kidney shaped pool and an outside hot tub which are surrounded by foliage and trees to ensure privacy whilst bathing.
