Villa Kallizoni is a stylish 4 bedroom villa in the charming village of Neo Chorio close to Latchi and Polis.  Latchi harbour is just over a 5 minute drive and boasts some of the best fish tavernas on the island.  Here you can take amazing day trips either with a privately hired boat or part of a day cruise to the world famous Blue Lagoon where you can swim in the clearest, bluest waters and enjoy a freshly prepared bbq and sample the local wines.  A little further along the coast is Polis, a wonderful place to explore its quaint streets and shops and has plenty of watering holes and eateries.  There are some great beaches to find along this coastal route too and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula is also on your doorstep where you can enjoy the outstanding fauna and flora of this stunning nature reserve.

Villa Kallizoni is so elegant from its welcoming stone façade to the tastefully furnished interior and out to the private patio pool area.  The downstairs area is open plan with a very comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV with English speaking channels, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  The first of the bedrooms in on the ground floor which is a single and has patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area.  There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.  On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony with amazing sea views.  A double bedroom with balcony and twin bedroom with balcony.  There is also a very modern family bathroom with corner bath and shower.

Outside the beautifully manicured gardens house a covered pergola with dining table and chairs, traditional brick-built bbq, private pool with walk-in steps, sun loungers and parasols.
